Most genuine bike shop Ive visited. Cannot recommend enough, no other shops hold a candle to them.

Love this shop! I have been coming here for years and they have never let me down. I trust my bike to get me through some interesting terrain, and I wouldn't want to take it anywhere else to get worked on. Thanks guys! you did a fantastic job again. took her for a quick ride and she shifted like a dream:)

I took 4 bikes (3 mountain, 1 road) into Elevation to get them tuned up with new tubes because we have not been able to find the right size tube and make the change ourselves (Cost, >$500). After riding each mountain bike one (1) time, all 3 have flat tires. We have not ridden the rode bike as of yet. When I said that I was not happy about a brand new tube going flat, I was told "Well, you can ride a bike out of the driveway and get a flat". After explaining that it is not OK to get that response after I just spent over $500, Another employee (owner? not sure) told me "it's not about the money (you paid)". AMAZING!!!! If it's not about the money, then why would someone do a substandard job and charge me so much?..... Because, the chance of all 3 bikes getting a flat tire the first time being ridden (on pavement) is not just my dumb luck, do you think?

So knowledgeable and friendly and fun and helpful. Have worked with Don exclusively and he has NEVER disappointed me. Great bike shop for all levels of riders.

Was referred to them but a super serious high performance rider (which I am not)..,,glad I found them.

I highly recommend Elevation Cycles. I have been in customer service for more that 20 years and these folks exceeded my expectations. In pre-sales they took the time to understand my riding profile and setup a demo bike for an extended evaluation. In the sales cycle, my frame size was not available so they made it attractive to purchase a Trek Project One custom bike. They spent several hours measuring and evaluating my riding style and position and help me create a bike designed for my needs. Post sales, I was not pleased with the saddle I selected, they gave me full credit and swapped it out. There is true value in working with a team of folks who have a passion to make your cycling experience the best as possible.
