These guys are terrific! They answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly, told me what things I could fix myself, fixed my iPhone charger port and speakerphone mic for free, and have some great merchandise (and bargains) in the store. On top of which, very clean and well-organized store. Get that iPhone display fixed now! :)
These guys are great. The are nice, honest, and respectful. They do what is best for the customer, which does not necessarily mean buying the highest price item. They do price matches, and amazingly care for the customer. They work well with folks who know computers and phones, yet they also work well for people who don't know everything either. THEY WILL NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IGNORANCE!!!
I'd like to congratulate Device Pit stop on their one year anniversary! Love you guys. I've been struggling with my PC not working for a couple months. After trying everything I could think of I finally decided to take it to Device Pitstop in Highlands Ranch. I took it in on Sunday at about 11:30 AM and explained what was going on with it. They had it figured out in an hour and called me to let me know what was wrong, what was needed and what it would cost. My OS was corrupt. I had windows 7. They suggested reloading the OS, and adding a solid state hard drive to supplement my current hard drive. They actually updated the OS to Windows 10 for no charge. I was able to pick up my PC at 4 PM the same day and only paid $167 including tax. These guys are phenomenal and I recommend Device Pitstop to everyone. They also fix smart phones, tablets, laptops and have a nice inventory of like new devices for fabulous prices. Not only do they know their stuff they are also really good guys. Many thanks for such a great experience. Customer service is lacking these days but not here. Great job!!
Always excellent service! Henry, Jason and the other employees always do a thorough job and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I don’t usually take time to write reviews but the team at Device Pitstop in Highlands Ranch deserve the recognition.
The people there were extremely friendly with me and they were honest about what was wrong with my computer and how it could be fixed back to normal. As well as let me know of ways it could be improved upon to run better than normal. I would highly recommend anyone to utilize their expertise.
