Called to ask why
Voice mail being full was icing on the cake. Or that white stuff on top of dog poop as a more appropriate analogy. I suspect this may be a fraud company
My Aunt sent me flowers for my birthday. The delivery driver was nice, but he reeked of cigarette smoke when he delivered them. I didn't notice until after he'd left that the flowers also reeked. I tried to call the florist, but it always goes to voicemail and the voicemail is full. So disappointed as I know these weren't cheap for her to send and they smell completely disgusting.
Flowers did not get delivered
So please beware and save yourself a huge headache..stay away from this company !!!!
And they wonder why their customer service sucks...and a rating of 1.8
I ordered flowers for a specific time 3 days before they were to be delivered. They show up 3 hours late and just dropped on the front porch...we in the mean time had left..Have asked for a refund lets see what happens...But STAY AWAY from this company...I should have read the reviews...they all sound correct...BUYER BEWARE.....Its been roughly 3 weeks of trying to get satisfaction...so I contacted MasterCard and got a full refund...and this is the response I got a week later..
My Mother and my Sister ordered flowers for me and they were NOTHING like what was ordered. The flowers were old, very old and about to die and apparently arranged by a chimpanzee having a bad day. The bouquet was also smashed flat and the vase will barely stand my itself because of the poor quality. There were no accent flowers as pictured and no butterfly. They were delivered a day late, I am sure so no one would be there to see them when they arrived and send them back. HORRIBLE, do not order from this store. My next phone call will be to Teleflora to get this store removed from their network.
Flowers were delivered to Sky Ridge Medical center the day of my surgery,November 2. 2 hydrangeas and 2 of the roses were wilting upon delivery. the yellow lilys were full bloom open and ready to start dropping petal. Friend who sent the flowers should be reimbursed as the bok I am sure was costly and the quality poor at best. I called the day after delivery and left a detailed message and again today and there has been no return call. No stars for a very poor excuse for flowers. I once was a florist so i know of what I speak....

Your welcome for the free flowers we never offer timed deliveries so I will dispute this order you got for delivered for free apparently... you have no right to say anything of my business we delivered your flowers on the day you ordered them and l hope you have a great life getting free flowers from another flower company
