I called them on Labor Day after returning from a camping trip. I didn't expect them to pick up, but they did AND they picked up about 7 bags full of laundry the next morning! This company is dedicated and reliable - not to mention a life saver!
Wow, Fluff & Fold are the best. They charge about the same price as you would pay at a drop off laundry place but they have free delivery and one day turn around! Seriously?! The Best!
Service was super easy to use. They came to my work and picked up everything and delivered it. Will definitely use them again.
I brought in 5 bedding pieces. Four of the items were taken care of but my big King size box stich bed mattress pad, first time launder, came back completely junked.
I will be going to the manager hopefully for compensation.
