One of the best libraries I have had the pleasure to use.
Douglas County has a wonderful Library system with quality facilities scattered throughout the county. The staff is mostly volunteers and are very helpful and nice. Great selection of books, movies, and music.
Great for the kids. The park next door is a fantastic place for them to play in the fountain.
Went for storytime for baby and we loved it.!! Perfect place for babys to learn and explore books, make new baby friends and sing!
The internet is literally slower than dial-up sometimes. I'm thinking they have only one router for the people who come in. There's enough traffic to this library that it should have at least 2 or 3! I had an important work project to get done, and what should have taken about an hour took 3! Aside from that, this library is just gorgeous. Beautiful scenery on the balcony (although it overlooks the park and tends to get a noisy midday), excellent set up downstairs as well as up. The people who work here are friendly and eager to help. And you can check out so many different things: books of course, but also equipment such as high-end headphones, sewing machines, dvds and the like.
