I have never been told to leave a store at 2 minutes past close EVER. I could understand 15-30m past close or if I was the only customer left. But to hunt down customers to tell us we need to go make our final purchases the second the clock turns 8pm is offensive. You should really re-evaluate your customer service because I will gladly take my business to a different store with more reasonable prices.
Service for lawn mower was great! The turnaround was very quick. Definitely taking my snowblower in before the show flys.
Bob and Melinda back in hardware did an outstanding job of trouble shooting and customer service in figuring out how to attach my dad's flagpole bracket to a railing. The flag now bravely waves. Thanks.
This is the best hardware store in the neighborhood. They let dogs in the store, the popcorn in the back is delicious, and for almost every house project I can find each piece I need. The staff is extremely helpful and you can tell that the manager and employee relations are great. My new favorite hardware store!
